not as advertised
The tickets I purchased were part of the "guys night out" promotion, but a New York Knicks vs. Memphis Grizzlies game alone isn't too exciting. However, what I received was not as expected. Initially, the tickets were not mailed to me, so I had to collect them at will call, which was fine. Nevertheless, upon pickup, there were no free beer, popcorn, or t-shirt vouchers, and the ticket counter attendant was indifferent. Further, our seats were not in a proper section but in an inconvenient wheelchair area, despite both of us being able-bodied.
Positives:
- The ticket taker was very helpful in directing us to our "section," as there was no clear path to our seating area.
- The concession staff were all friendly and fantastic.
